At least one year`s experience in the use of office equipment and of office practice and procedures.
• Fast accurate keyboard skills (60 wpm), with at least one year`s experience of using MS Office (Work, Access, Email and Scheduler) including use of Excel to input data and produce tables. Willingness to learn specialist packages associated with the job.
• A high standard of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels, and to take detailed and accurate messages.
• A calm and confident telephone manner, with the skill to handle any dissatisfied customers in a professional and reassuring way.
• Committed to a high level of customer service.
• A good team player, with the willingness to assist other members of the section to achieve joint targets and a smooth throughput of work.
• Good organisational and administrative skills and the ability to handle routine tasks and the paperwork associated with the job in a thorough and methodical manner.
